A mixture is 2 or more things mixed together, and a solution is something that dissolves equaly into any liquid.

ReplyDeleteThe differences between a mixture and solutions are that mixtures are easily able to take apart, while solutions are harder to take apart. Also a solution will always contain water with something dissolving in it while a mixture doesn't. These are some differences that I know. -Sharon Mathew

Mixtures are combinations of two or more substances, that do not make something new, and can be easily separated. A solution is a special type of mixture that can be separated, but not easily. It is usually made of two different states of matter in which one of them dissolves.
